Because we use the "knit on demand" method, where each item is knitted one by one after an order is placed, it takes an average of 14 days to manufacture and ship the item. This is an environmentally friendly measure to eliminate excess clothing as much as possible, so we appreciate your understanding.
We ship to countries around the world. Shipping costs are 500 yen within Japan and 1,000 yen overseas (free shipping for sweaters and sneakers). Please note that customs duties and fees may apply when purchasing from outside Japan. Clothing sizes are in Asian standards.
About receiving your product
About receiving your product
As we use Print On Demand, which is environmentally friendly and does not produce unnecessary clothing, it may take up to two weeks for you to receive your order as the products are manufactured and shipped after we receive your order.
Also, depending on the shipping company, it may take more than two weeks to arrive in some areas overseas.
If you purchase from outside Japan, you may be required to pay customs duties and consumption tax in your country when you receive the product.

At Our Art, we use print-on-demand services to manufacture many of our products. As a result, when we manufacture products using inkjet printers, there may be differences in the color of the prints on the product images on the website and the actual products. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
