Product sold out

Cancelling an order
We do not accept cancellations of products due to customer convenience.
Credit card payments
Credit card usage is based on the membership terms and conditions of each company with which you have a contract. If you have any questions about usage, we are unable to investigate them here as they involve personal information. Billing fee
Product price (tax included) + shipping fee (tax included).
About delivery methods and shipping fees
Delivery will be made by our partner company, Paintory Inc., through a delivery company.
Shipping costs are 500 yen within Japan and 1000 yen overseas.
*You may be required to pay customs duties, consumption tax, etc. upon receiving the item.
Absence/refusal to receive
If you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to accept the parcel, your parcel will be returned to our company.
*In this case, we may charge you the shipping fees for picking up the item and the shipping fees for reshipment.
About shipping
It may take some time to manufacture and ship products during the summer holidays, winter holidays, New Year's holidays, etc. Also, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the shipping company's schedule, such as consecutive holidays, midyear gift-giving season, and year-end gift-giving season. Returns and exchanges of ordered items
・Initial defects
