1. Estimated shipping time

At OUR ART, we consider the environment and produce our clothes on an order basis to avoid excess clothing. For this reason, it takes about 10 days from order to delivery.

For detailed shipping dates, please check the "Estimated shipping date if purchased today" on each product page. Please note that depending on the situation, it may take up to one month for delivery.

2. Shipping Fees

Domestic: 770 yen
Overseas: 4,000 yen
The sweater and sneakers will be delivered free of charge.

3. Customs duties and consumption tax when purchasing from overseas

If you are ordering from outside Japan, customs duties and consumption tax may be charged in your country when you receive the item.

4. Size

Clothing sizes are based on Asian standards, so if you are ordering from outside Asia, please check the size guide carefully.

5. About color

Many of our items are produced using the print-on-demand method. The actual print may differ slightly in color from the image depending on your monitor settings and the texture of the fabric.
