At OUR ART, we are environmentally conscious and produce our products to order in order to eliminate excess clothing as much as possible. For this reason, it takes approximately 10 days from the time of order to the time of shipping.

For detailed estimated shipping dates, please check the "Estimated shipping date if purchased today" on each product page. Please note that depending on the situation, it may take up to one month for delivery.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on the manufacturer and product.

  • TAPSTITCH: Varies depending on region and weight 
  • Knitwise (sweater): Free shipping  
  • POP CUSTOMS (sneakers): Free shipping

3. Customs duties and consumption tax when purchasing overseas

If you are ordering from outside Japan, your country's customs duties and consumption tax may be charged upon receipt.

4. About size

Clothing sizes are based on Asian standards. Please refer to the size guide carefully if ordering from outside Asia.

5. About color

Many of our items are produced using the print-on-demand method. The actual print color may differ slightly from the image depending on your monitor settings and the texture of the fabric.
