2. About shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the manufacturer and product.  

    • Paintory: 770 yen in Japan / 4,000 yen overseas  
    • TAPSTITCH: Varies by region and weight. 
    • Knitwise (Sweater): Free Shipping  
    • POP CUSTOMS (Sneakers): Free Shipping

3. Customs duties and consumption tax on overseas purchases

If you are ordering from outside Japan, customs duties and sales taxes in your country of residence may be incurred upon receipt.


4. About the size

Our clothing uses Asian sizing standards. If you are ordering from outside of Asia, please carefully check the size guide.


5. Regarding color

Many items are manufactured using a print-on-demand system. The actual print may differ slightly in color from the image depending on your monitor settings and the texture of the fabric.
